Terms & Conditions

The Dealer will be a provider of Element Holster Co. products within specified restrictions. The Dealer will be responsible for marketing and selling Element Holster Co. products within manufacturer restrictions and under applicable laws and regulations. Element Holster Co. will be responsible for supplying the necessary goods and services and will provide all essential support to the Dealer to ensure the success of the business relationship. 

The Dealer agreement will remain in effect unless either the Dealer or Element Holster Co. terminate the agreement. Both the Dealer and Element Holster Co. reserve the right to end the partnership at any time. Any Terms and Conditions changes will be notified via email of the changes made. In the event the Dealer does not agree with any changes to the terms and/or conditions, the Dealer will forfeit Dealer status.   

PRICING AND DISCOUNTS

MSRP pricing for each Element Holster Co. branded product will be established by the retail price for NON-Dealers (normal customers) on the website. The MAP price will be minus 20% of the MSRP price. In the event of a price change, the Dealer will be notified via email of the price change in advance. Dealers must agree to the new price change to continue as a Dealer for Element Holster Co.

WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

All products that fall under the Element Holster Co. manufacturer’s warranty for repair and/or replacement will be sent directly to Element Holster Co. for service. All other returns are to be sent back to the dealer via the Dealer’s return policy. All sales to Dealers are final with the exception of manufacturer product defects.  

FEES AND TAXES 

In the event the wrong item/s is ordered, the Dealer is responsible for any restocking fees and/or return shipping costs. Element Holster Co. does NOT charge Dealer any sales tax on products purchased. The Dealer is responsible for collecting any and all applicable sales tax. 

SHIPPING FEES

All shipping fees will be a flat rate of $8.99 unless need arises to change. Upon change the Dealer will be notified. In the event Element Holster Co. ships the wrong product to the Dealer, we will cover return shipping and ship the corrected order with no shipping cost incurred by the Dealer.  

TERMINATIONS

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with express written notice to the other party.

Please be advised the Services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in the United States, then through your continued use of the Services, you are transferring your data to the United States, and you expressly consent to have your data transferred to and processed in the United States.
