Warranty & Returns
Element Holster Co. products are backed with a lifetime warranty. If your Element Holster Co. product fails during normal use for any reason, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. Holsters that have been modified by the consumer will void the warranty.
If your holster is damaged, due to negligent use, such as leaving your holster in a hot car, purposeful destructive testing, or alterations not specifically promoted by Element Holster Co., this is not covered.
The holster does not have to be from the original purchaser to be eligible for a warranty.
At Element Holster Co., we accept returns within the first 30 days for items in the original condition and packaging. Products that have been modified or used in a manner that contradicts the product instructions are not eligible for returns. Do not make any alterations during the 30-day return period.
To initiate a return, please fill out and submit this form within 30 days of delivery. You will need the following information: name, order number, order date, photo, and reason for return.
New holsters are like new shoes and can take a little while to get used to them. We highly recommend spending a minimum of 5 consecutive days with your new holster before deciding whether it is comfortable. Please email before initiating a return, as 99% of all comfort and concealment issues are resolved with a little personal attention and advice.
In the event of a return, your refund will be processed electronically back onto the card originally used, minus the shipping cost. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing from us and your bank.
If Element Holster Co. has made a processing error during the fulfillment of your order, we will send you a return shipping label free of charge. If you ordered the wrong holster, you are responsible for return shipping. Processing errors include but are not limited to, receiving the wrong model.
We do not accept returns on individually purchased components (clips, washers, screws, etc.)
